DoshiDog recipe uses high-quality turkey meat and by-products, making it a single-protein diet - an optimal feeding option that reduces protein load and the risk of allergic reactions.

Turkey meat (70% of which is found in DoshiDog food) is considered by many natural nutrition experts to be the best choice for a basic diet for dogs, as it is hypoallergenic and environmentally friendly (no antibiotics or growth hormones are used in its production). Turkey meat is also rich in protein, easily digestible, and low in fat, which is essential for a dog's health.

DoshiDog food consists of 70% muscle meat and 22% valuable turkey by-products, which are processed into large-grain meat (particle size 10-12 mm), ideal for feeding dogs of different breeds and sizes, while maintaining the correct fibrous structure of the meat.

JUST ADD WATER, AND THE "SMART" DoshiDog CUTLET WILL ABSORB AS MUCH WATER AS WAS LOST DURING FREEZE DRYING. ON AVERAGE, 70 ml OF WATER IS ENOUGH FOR ONE CUTLET, BUT FOR CONVENIENCE, YOU CAN USE THE FORMULA "100 ml OF WATER FOR ONE CUTLET"

SPACE TECHNOLOGY AT THE SERVICE OF DOG OWNERS

DoshiDog's production technology preserves at least 95% of all the beneficial and essential nutrients found in raw turkey meat, as well as offal, fresh vegetables, and berries.

The "smart" and healthy DoshiDog cutlet is made using a special sublimation (lyophilization) method—the most effective way to preserve a product's beneficial properties during long-term, easy-to-store storage. This method is primarily used to produce "space food" for astronauts.

PRODUCTION PROCESSES

FOR OUR PRODUCTION FACILITIES, WE PURCHASE SELECT AND TESTED RAW MATERIALS FROM LEADING RUSSIAN MANUFACTURERS AND THEN TRANSPORT THEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL NECESSARY TEMPERATURE REQUIREMENTS

PREPARATION AND PROCESSING OF RAW MATERIALS:

- MEAT AND OFFAL ARE PASSED THROUGH AN INDUSTRIAL COARSE MEAT GRINDER
- VEGETABLES ARE WASHED (CARROTS ARE ALSO PEELED), AND THEN AUTOMATICALLY CUT INTO RECTANGLES MEASURING 10x5x5 mm.

THE GROUND MEAT, OFFAL AND VEGETABLES ARE MIXED IN THE PROPORTIONS SPECIFIED IN THE RECIPE. AT THIS STAGE, PSILLIUM HUSK AND FREEZE-DRIED CRANBERRIES ARE ADDED TO THE MIXTURE

THE FINISHED COMPOSITION OF THE DoshiDog FEED IS THEN AUTOMATICALLY MOLDED INTO CUTLETS OF UNIFORM SIZE AND WEIGHT, THEREBY STANDARDIZING THE PORTION FOR CONVENIENCE AND EASE OF FEEDING THE DOG

THE NEXT STEP IS FREEZING THE CUTLETS AT TEMPERATURES BELOW -40°C, AS FREEZE-DRIED FOOD PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY REQUIRES PRE-FREEZING REQUIRES THE RAW MATERIALS TO SUFFICIENTLY LOW TEMPERATURES BEFORE THE FREEZE-DRYING PROCESS ITSELF

ONCE THE CUTLETS ARE FROZEN TO THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE, A FREEZE-DRYING CYCLE BEGINS IN SPECIAL CHAMBER, LASTING UP TO 48 HOURS, TO ENSURE MAXIMUM DEHYDRATION OF THE FINAL PRODUCT

THE FINAL STAGE IS VACUUM PACKAGING OF OUR DoshiDog CUTLETS AND THEIR MOVEMENT TO THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAREHOUSE

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT FINISHED PRODUCTS ARE AS MUCH INSULATED FROM MOISTURE, AIR, AND DIRECT SUNLIGHT DURING LONG-TERM STORAGE!
